Do I need to bring my hair dryer?
No, We provide a hair dryer in every washroom.
Where can I find details on check-in times, pets, etc.?
In our In-House-Policy you can expect to find terms related to check-in and checkout times, maximum occupancy, pet policies, cancellation conditions, and maintenance of the rental
How do I provide feedback after my BBI experience?
An email will be sent to you asking for some very brief feedback on your stay. We welcome all comments, and appreciate you taking the time to respond. BBI believe like everything else in the world we grows on complaints, suggestions, pointers and compliments.
Does BBI offer weekly and monthly rates?
Yes we offer weekly and monthly rates at all of our locations.
What the next step after I have completed my reservation?
Upon making your reservation you will be forwarded a welcome packet by email which will include pertinent information relative to the location you will be staying, including tours, maps, directions and your invoices etc.
What is the charge (cost) for parking?
Parking is Free at all our locations.
What is there to do in the area?
There are many activities to enjoy while at our location. Please visit our location pages for activities: , Ottawa , Prescott Cornwall , Toronto
Can we pay in (by) installments for our honeymoon packages
Yes, We offer a convenient automatic billing via paypal or your credit card prior to your stay
Can I buy a gift certificate?
We sell gift certificates in any denomination or for specific packages. You can customize the gift certificate with a personal message. You can buy gift certificates on-line or call us at 1-800-447-1750

I am traveling with Kids. Do you have playpens/cribs?Playpens/cot/cribs are available upon request, and if you like to take your own our rooms are large enough to accomodate.

Our units was build and organize to accomodate your children, All children stay free of charge in all our locations.
We have kids what type of in-house entertainment is available?
We have TV, PS 3's, free wireless internet connection, free movies, board games and card games are all available
Travelling to Canada
Passport Requirements
A valid passport is required for travel in and out of Canada for residents of all countries, including the United States.
Residents of some countries may also require a visa. As of June 1, 2009, US citizens travelling to Canada from the United States must have a passport, passport card, or WHTI-compliant document in order to return home, whether by air, land or sea.

A visa is a additional travel document which gives someone permission to travel into a specific country and stay there for a set period of time, a cost is attached to obtaining a Canadian Visa and can be processed in many foreign countries

Should I get vaccinated before going?
Vaccinations are not necessary for any of our Canadian properties. However, we suggest that you speak to your doctor for more information and recommendations.

Questions about the Cottage
Are we sharing the cottage with any one else?
No, it will your private space for you and family for the time you rented this location.
Is their access to the lake?
Yes. We have private access to the lake with a dock for boats, sea doo's and canoes
How many (persons) can this cottage sleeps?
It has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6
Is there a local beach?
Yes. 3-5 Minutes walk to a public beach. With a 15 minutes drive you can also find three (3) additional beaches
What can we do while at the cottage?

Can I have guests?
For many families, entertaining friends and family is natural part of cottage life. We invite you to welcome your guest, extended families provided they understand and respect our in-house policies
Can I use my mobile/cell phone?
Many areas in cottage country have little or no cellular service depending on the service provider. Check with your service provider to determine whether this area has service.
Firewood
We provide a limited supply of firewood for our woodstore.
Can we take our own firewood?
No. As a part our our green program we do not allow firewood outside of the local region at the cottage. Firewood can carry harmful species for example the emerald ash borer to our region, they can expand exponentially kill thousands of trees, destroy forests in the end destroy the lumber industry, animals and birds could lose their habitat.
Do your cottage/chalet have smoke detectors?
YES our cottage have been fire safety inspected and meet all fire code regulations. Our chalet has a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector on each floor
How far is it to the nearest town, hospital, grocery store?
Montpellier is the nearest town which is 2km away, nearest hospital is in Hull Gatineau 60Km away, and grocery is available in Ripon and Cheneville 10 -14 Kms respectively.
What if there is a power outage?
Our cottage is heated both by electric heaters and a woodstove. The woodstove can heat the entire cottage. We also have battery powered flashlights and candles. Our outdoor walkway and gardens is equipped with solar powered lights.
